Deb Evensen, MA, is a master teacher and behavioral specialist employed by Fetal Alcohol Consultation and Training Services as a project coordinator. She has 29 years experience in developing innovative educational programs for students with gifted abilities, emotional disturbance, educational handicaps, and multiple disabilities in Colorado, Utah, and Alaska public schools, as well as the private sector. Her expertise extends from specialized educational and psychiatric services for youth in custody, to university level educator training, to designing accelerated learning programs for the business community.

Teresa and John's experience includes "Training the Trainers" for the Arizona Department of Health and for the US Department of Justice drug court program.
